Vaginoplasty

Vagina is naturally designed to stretch during sex and childbirth. The elasticity of the vagina reduces with advanced age and multiple child births. Vaginoplasty procedure focuses on reducing the width of the vagina. Permanent stretching can sometimes affect a woman’s enjoyment during sex. Vaginoplasty involves multiple small procedures in the vaginal wall to reduce the overall width of the vagina and “tightening” the tissues. Although vaginoplasty is typically sought as a cosmetic procedure, it can also be used as a reconstructive procedure to address birth defects or tissue injuries that may have occurred during childbirth.

Labioplasty

Labiaplasty addresses the size and shape of the labia, or the folds of skin at the opening of the vaginal orifice. They are labia majora lying on the outer aspect and labia minora on the inner aspect. There is naturally a significant amount of variation in the appearance of the labia from woman to woman. Usually thy are similar on both the sides but normal asymmetries often occur. Many women seek this procedure because they have a natural excess of skin or more or less fat underneath the skin. Excessive skin causes discomfort when wearing tight-fitting clothing and make sex and intimacy less pleasant. Labioplasty involves removal of excess skin from both sides of the labia to reduce overall size, or from only one side to correct an asymmetry.

Hymenectomy

In an uncommon situation where the hymen is imperforate and it can cause primary amenorrhoea (No periods) in adolescent girls with cyclic abdominal pain. Hymenectomy is a simple procedure to create natural hymen out of the imperforate hymenal membrane. Following this the natural period starts regularly.
